The next episode of Reign will have a potential battle between Mary and Catherine.

In a clip for the Thursday's episode called Inquisition, Catherine displays more of her evil side in an attempt to destroy Bash.

The clip starts off with a mysterious voice that says "You're going to get what you deserve" that could referring towards Catherine. King Henry will stand up to Catherine about how she makes enemies, including himself.

"You have made a lot more enemies than just me, and now the time has come to pay," Henry sternly says to Catherine.

This is when Catherine declares her plan to destroy Bash, which could put Mary at risk as well.

Mary And Bash To Grow In Relationship On Reign?

Mary strikes up her courage and makes a threat to Catherine about what will happen before she makes any destroying attempts.

"It will be hard to destroy us both when you are without your head," Mary says.

This makes Catherine laugh, which makes her ready for the challenge.

"So it's to be a race, is it?" Catherine says to Mary in a vicious threat. "Which one of us will crush the other first?"

In last week's episode, Catherine was accused of killing Bash when a plot to kill him fell through. Mary had also offered to help a pregnant prisoner named Isobel who had a mysterious connection with Bash.

Reign recently won a People's Choice Award this year for Favorite New TV Drama.
