Rumors have swirled that Janet Jackson and her husband's marriage is on the rocks.

Reports indicated that the singer is not happy with being married to Wissam Al Mana and has already filed for divorce. A source reportedly said she has already confided in her close friends and her mother Katherine Jackson that she's preparing to leave him.

Another tabloid reported that Jackson will challenge the prenup and will also demand a payout from his fortune.

Jackson was previously married to James SeBarge and Rene Elizonda. She also had a long-term relationship with rapper/producer, Jermaine Dupri. She secretly married Al Mana in 2012, whom she began dating in 2010.

Back in October, the couple were taking steps to expanding their family by exploring the process of adopting a child from a third-world country.

"She now pretty much knows pregnancy is not in the cards, so she's been looking into adopting,"  a source said at the time. "She's been very moved by the events in Jordan and Syria now that she's been living overseas. Not sure how soon it will happen, but there's been movement on this."

Page Six also noted that Jackson even reached out to Queen Rania of Jordan to help out with the process.

"Janet has always been concerned about the welfare of the world's children, and it's important to her that she affords a baby the opportunities that have been afforded her," a source told the paper.
