The preview for episode 21, season 2 of Arrow shows that now that Oliver's identity has been revealed, he is wanted by a ton of people.

The Finale Will Be Insane; Oliver and Laurel to Get Back Together?

The promo clip for the episode, City of Blood, starts at a funeral, where somebody is asking about Oliver (Stephen Amell) as he is seen mourning the death, wearing a black suit. "We need you to find Oliver Queen," the voice says.

The Mirakuru army is seen all riled up as their leader drives them to get the Arrow aka Oliver. At the end of the video Oliver is seen definitively revealing his identity, "I am Arrow."

Oliver's Circumstances Will Dramatically Change in Season 3? 

Oliver seems to be in hiding after Slade threatens to take his family down and their confrontations have only led to further damage. Thea (Willa Holland) has also decided to leave the city. But as Slade (Manu Bennett) strikes hard with his army on Starling City, Oliver might have to come out of hiding.

Some reports even suggest that as the Mirakuru army corners Oliver, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) will come to his rescue.
