One of the stars of Once Upon a Time may have revealed that the iconic Frozen character Elsa might be the villain of the Season 4.

Frozen Characters Anna & Olaf Set To Join Elsa In Once Upon a Time?

Lana Parrilla, who plays Regina on the fantasy series, spoke with E! Online recently, revealing her thoughts on the introduction of Frozen into Once Upon a Time. While the actress said that she "can't get the animated version out of [her] head" in terms of possible actresses who could play Elsa, she may have teased that Elsa will the villain.

After noting that it is "fantastic" that the show's producers are bringing Frozen characters into the series, Parrilla said, "I love the formula of the 13 episode arc for these new villains that come on our show."

Elsa wasn't necessarily a traditional villain in Frozen, but the foreboding music in the Season 3 finale and the grandeur of the scene suggest that Elsa will have a big impact on the show.

Jennifer Morrison, who plays Emma, spoke with E! Online as well and said that she didn't even know about the surprise Frozen ending in the Season 3 finale.

"I think that it was a big deal that they were even approved to use Frozen on the show," she said. "I have no idea what they are going to do with them."

Once Upon a Time Season 4 premieres in fall 2014 on ABC. The network has not yet announced a premiere date for the new season, but it will be returning to its Sundays at 8 p.m. timeslot.
