Things are reportedly about to heat up on Witches of East End when the mysterious Frederick returns, causing drama for everyone.

Dash Will Use His Powers In New Promo?

On Tuesday, International Business Times posted a story from the cast and crew members who dished on Frederick creating trouble in the household.

"Basically there's going to be some conflict between Wendy and Joanna because Wendy thinks he's here to do them harm, and Joanna, he's her son - she loves him, she trusts him - so the two of them are at odds," writer and producer Richard Hatem said.

Series Will Have Extra Morbidness?

"One of the big questions is: 'Is Frederick here for good or for ill?'" Hatem teased.

The series is also likely about to become extra provocative. According to Hatem, the season is about to find its inner Fifty Shades of Grey.

"Things can start our sexy and take a very disturbing turn," he said.

"There are a lot of handsome, shirtless men this season," he added. "There's a lot of sexiness this season."

Rachel Boston, who's known for playing Ingrid on the series, also revealed some details, one of them including what's going to happen with an open portal.

"Now that the portal is open, which you saw in the Season 1 finale, this whole other universe has opened up, and that's the darkness," the actress said.

"People who have been here for centuries are suddenly, like, 'The portal has opened,'" Hatem added.

Witches of East End is set to premiere on Sunday, July 6 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
