The producers of Fox's Glee are currently being sued by a woman who apparently tripped over equipment from the show as it was being filmed last year.

A woman named Yolando Rosario had been shopping at Burbank Town Center in November 2013 where Glee was setting up for filming, where she apparently fell over electric cables from the production, according to a new TMZ report. The wires were placed on a walkway that was still accessible to shoppers.

Glee was setting up filming for last year's holiday episode, Previously Unaired Christmas. The scene at the Burbank Town Center was filmed with Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Santana (Naya Rivera) dressing as mall elves.

NeNe Leakes Returning To 'Glee' For Final Season

Rosario had sustained a broken arm and a rib after her fall. She is suing Fox, which owns Glee, in addition to the company that owns the Burbank Town Center.

More details to come.

In the mean time, Glee is preparing for its final season in the spring, in which many of the show's characters will return to Lima, the place that started it all.

"This season, after her humiliating failure as a TV actress, New Directions' original star, Rachel Berry (Lea Michele), comes home to Lima to figure out what she wants to do next," the synopsis for the new season reads. "Upon discovering that Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) has banished the arts at McKinley, Rachel takes it upon herself to reinstate and lead the glee club. Meanwhile, Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss), Sam Evans (Chord Overstreet) and Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) have all found surprising new gigs in Ohio. Throughout the season, other alumnae also will return to McKinley."

Glee is set to return for its final season in early 2015 on Fox.
