Their one-year wedding anniversary is just days away, and Ryan Sweeting appears to be showing just how devoted of a husband he is to Kaley Cuoco as they prepare to celebrate their big milestone.

The Big Bang Theory actress underwent a sinus surgery following the holidays, and took to her Instagram page to share just how much her husband was taking care of her afterwards.

"Coming out of sinus surgery and the first thing I see is my beautiful angel of a man, he's right there. Always. He's taking amazing care of me. I love my noodle. He's perfection," she captioned a close-up shot of the two.

She also shared another image of her husband watching over her as she recovered from the procedure, where she again praised him for being there for her when she needed him the most.

However, though the couple's marriage appears to be safe from constant speculation that they're headed for a split this time around, the actress has been forced to battle another round of rumors-ones which hinted that instead of a surgery to help her breathe easier, she actually underwent plastic surgery and got a nose job.

The actress addressed those rumors in a Dec. 29 post on the page as well, where she covered up her nose in the pic and told her haters that she didn't get plastic surgery, but even if she did, she shouldn't be judged for it.

"For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breathe through my nose like a normal human being in years," she wrote. "This surgery is changing my life. With that being said, if I DID get a nose job, (which I didn't) I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well."
