Giuliana Rancic's husband Bill has revealed that after delivering their first child seven weeks ago, the "wheels" are in motion to give baby Duke a sibling.

In the latest issue of Life & Style magazine, the reality television couple shared the news that they would love to have another child, and soon.

"The wheels are in motion," Bill confirmed. "We already have plans in the works!"

"We've got a few embryos on ice. They're ready to go!" Giuliana told Life & Style. "A lot of people have one kid and it's enough. But for us, we're just having so much fun that we'd love to have another child."

The E! News host admitted that while having twins would be ideal, giving Duke a sister that could play "dress up" with would also be great

"We would love twins," Giuliana added. "It's not out of the question. If we had a girl, though, it would be amazing. I think as a woman you always dream about having a little girl to wear matching outfits with."

As for the mother (the parents welcomed their first child through a gestation carrier), the 37-year-old and her 41-year-old husband said they would have another child through a surrogate and they are strongly considering Delphine, the carrier that delivered Duke.

"We'd have to go down the surrogacy path again. Thankfully, before I went on my medication, we did another round of [in vitro fertilization], so we have embryos ready to go," Giuliana said. "Delphine give us this unbelievable gift we could never repay her for, but she's also a wonderful person."

Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, after she suffered a miscarriage in 2010. She underwent a double lumpectomy last October and a double mastectomy in December. The diagnosis and procedures delayed her chances of getting pregnant; she learned of her diagnosis while trying to conceive. Those trying times for the couple aired on their reality show "Giuliana & Bill" on the Style Network.

The couple was "beyond elated" that their son, Duke, entered the world at 10:12 p.m. in Denver on Aug. 29. The first child for both parents, he weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20 inches.

"Giuliana & Bill" returned to the Style Network on Oct. 2.
