Charges against Jenelle Evans have been dropped.

'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Turns Herself In To Police As MTV Cameras Roll

Following what was reported as a domestic assault against her former fiancé, Nathan Griffith, at the end of last month, the Teen Mom 2 star is officially off the hook.

“The charges against her were dropped,” a source close Evans told Radar Online on Friday.

What Happened With Jenelle Evans When She Went To Court?

According to the police report, Evans was accused by Griffith of scratching him and attempting to choke him at his South Carolina apartment weeks after they broke up. Griffith alleged Evans smelled of alcohol, and threatened to damage his vehicle before they engaged in a reportedly physical altercation.

Now that the court case is behind her, Evans is reportedly focused on getting her life back on track.

“She is focusing on school,” the source explained. “She is focusing on graduating and the new season of Teen Mom 2 coming back on. Jenelle and Nathan don’t talk anymore. They just talk for the sake of their child.”

Evans and Griffith welcomed their first child, son Kaiser, in late June of last year, and while they are no longer in a relationship, they are determined to keep their child healthy and happy.

Added the source, “Jenelle is focused on being a good provider for Kaiser."
