Jenelle Evans shared two sweet messages for Nathan Griffith on Sunday.

Although the Teen Mom 2 couple parted ways earlier this year, they reportedly spent Father's Day together over the weekend, and on Twitter, Evans posted a number of messages to fans.

Evans and Griffith began dating one another in June 2013, after meeting on a dating app. In the months that followed, the couple moved in together and Evans became pregnant. In June 2014, Evans and Griffith's first child together (each party also has a second child from previous relationships) was born.

Although things between Evans and Griffith appeared to be going well earlier this year, when the two became engaged during a trip to St. Thomas, they quickly took a turn for the worse, and in early March, they officially called it quits.

Despite their rocky relationship, Evans and Griffith, who were ordered to take co-parenting after a heated argument in late May, continue to share custody of their 1-year-old son, Kaiser Griffith.
