Throughout the summer, many have been buzzing on just who they feel would make the perfect Christian Grey character in the movie version of E.L. James' "Fifty Shades of Grey."

British author Nina Bawden, who wrote novels for adults and children and was shortlisted for the coveted Booker Prize in 1987 for "Circles of Deceit", died on Wednesday. She was 87.

The series has boosted sales across several sectors, with more still to come. The "Fifty Shades of Grey" series is doing big business, and not just in books.
