Robert Pattinson has finally started speaking to Kristen Stewart. The British actor had gone into seclusion when the news broke that his girlfriend was caught cheating with married film director Rupert Sanders. He "finally relented and has slowly started to speak to her again," according to Radar Online. Despite Stewart's "tearful texts" and "multiple phone calls," the source revealed it is too late to repair the relationship.

Ashley Greene hosted a party for Nylon magazine to celebrate their latest issue. The 25-year-old appears on the cover of the magazine's August 2012 issue and spoke to reporters at the event at Blok in Hollywood, California despite the news coverage of the real-life breakup of her "Twilight" costars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. When asked what her opinion was of the Kristen Stewart affair scandal, the "Twilight" star chose to remain neutral on the subject. "I'm not taking sides," she replied.

After James Bond performed a live skydive with Queen Elizabeth II at the Olympics Opening Ceremony in London, Sony Pictures Entertainment has released an extended trailer for "Skyfall." Over 40 million viewers watched the pre-recorded clip and two live stuntman dressed as Bond and the Queen parachute into the stadium to promote the movie. Daniel Craig reprises his role as 007 in the 23rd James Bond film as the hit franchise nears its 50th anniversary.

'The Hobbit' Movie Adaptation to be a Trilogy

Peter Jackson's film adaptation of "The Hobbit" will be split into three movies, the director and the studios behind the venture said on Monday. Jackson said that given the richness of the story -- which is set 60 years before "The Lord of The Rings" -- he decided after wrapping up shooting recently in New Zealand that what was originally planned as two movies would now be a trilogy.
