Taryn Manning Arrested, "Sons Of Anarchy" Star's Assistant Ready To Drop Charges For Alleged Assault

Taryn Manning, the actress who was arrested for allegedly beating up her makeup artist friend will have the charges dropped against her. Manning, who is best known for Playing Eminem's girlfriend in "8 Mile" and the late Johnny Lewis' girlfriend in "Sons of Anarchy," was charged for a misdemeanor assault for attacking her makeup artist friend and roommate Holly Hartman. Manning's lawyer, Joe Tacopina told TMZ he told the judge that Hartman did not want to press charges when they appeared in court on Oct. 12.

Actor Johnny Lewis, who briefly dated Katy Perry, appeared in "The Runaways" with Kristen Stewart and "Sons of Anarchy," was found dead on Sept. 26 in Los Angeles and is suspected of murdering an elderly woman. Investigators trying to determine if Lewis committed suicide and jumped to his death or fell off the roof of a home where an elderly woman and her cat were both found dead in her Los Feliz home.
