There's a good chance that the Hollywood star might be ditching Los Angeles for good as he wants to settle in England in the multi-million dollar mansion he purchased with Amal as the couple is looking to get pregnant real soon.

Just like other celebrities like American Gwyneth Paltrow, Clooney might call Europe his new full-time home as he thinks the English countryside is a perfect place to raise a family. He also owns a home in Lake Como, Italy, which he frequents during the summer months.

According to Closer Weekly on Monday, a source close to the A-lister said, "It's the perfect place to raise a family. It's a lush, quiet retreat from central London, which is 40 miles away. Being married to Amal and living in the English countryside signals a new era for George. One that will focus on family."

The insider added that their newly refurbished home will be ready by the end of the summer and that George has "never been happier" in his life.

The couple will be celebrating their one-year anniversary in September. George and Amal tied the knot in a star-studded wedding that lasted three days in Venice, Italy last year.

This is the first marriage for Amal and the second for George, who was previously married for three years to actress Talia Balsam back in 1989.
