Some new characters might threaten Frank Underwood's (Kevin Spacey) position of power in season 4 of House of Cards.

Michael Kelly Dishes About Doug's Rumored Exit In Season 4

Two new additions to the cast of House of Cards have us wondering if they will help anatagonize Frank some more. One of the major stars being brought on board for the next chapter is Neve Campbell. Deadline had hinted that Cambell's character might rival Frank in season 4. This fits in with another spoiler relating to a younger power couple being introduced in the Netflix political drama. Could Campbell's character be one half of this power couple?

We didn't have anyone to finish the other half but another recent addition to the cast could be it? Colm Feore will be joining the show. Feore doesn't exactly fit the bill for "young" but rest assured he can pull off the shrewd political vibe. Very little if known about the part Feore, best known for his work in HBO's Utopia, is going to be playing. The report reveals that her will be portraying a high profile character in the White House. It is not known if he will be a collaborator of Frank or a problem figure for the president.

More 'Wickedness' & 'Machiavellian Scheming' In Next Chapter

So far we are running with the story that Claire (Robin Wright) will play enough opposition for Frank to deal with. If she turns against him with the fervence she suggested in the season 3 finale, not only will he lose one of his crutches he might have to reckon with being defeated at his own game because Claire knows how Frank's mind works.

Season 4 is set to return in 2016.
