He told E! News earlier this month, “Now I have the kids trained so they all sleep in their bedrooms, so I don’t have to worry about the kids sleeping in my bedroom anymore, or mommy sleeping with them anymore. That’s all over, that’s done with.”

He added that he is ready to be with Teresa “every night until I go in.”

Joe and their four daughters are coping as Teresa serves her time; most particularly when they see family friends with their mothers. He said the youngest daughter, six-year-old Audriana takes it pretty hard.

“I’m glad I was able to keep the girls together, and do what we have to do to get by unties he [Teresa] gets home. The last two years have been rough, but I’m glad it’s behind us. Start a new life. Start all over again and put everything behind you and just hope it all stays nice.”

When asked if there were any certain moments when he wished Teresa was there, he said it was every moment.
