A scene on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta might get Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker in trouble with the federal government regarding Apollo Nida’s legal woes.

Apparently the federal government got wind of the clip between Nida’s wife Phaedra Parks and Burruss, if they weren’t watching themselves, and could be gearing up to pop up on Tucker and Burruss to seize the motorcycle.

Fans might remember on the latest episode that aired, Burruss and Parks discussed Parks feeling betrayed that Tucker and Burruss were keeping Nida’s motorcycle at their house. Nida is serving time in federal prison for a fraud scam that brought in about $2 million.

Parks said that federal officers came to her home looking for assets such as the bikes for restitution and she had no clue that they were at Burruss and Tucker’s home. But Burruss was very unbothered and said she thought the government wasn’t worried about the motorcycle or any other items they might be holding for Nida.

She might have underestimated the government because TMZ reported Thursday that federal agents are looking for any property that Nida owns, including the motorcycles, so they can pay back victims that were impacted by the identity theft scam Nida pleaded guilty for last year.

The authorities went to court just two days after the episode aired in hopes of getting clearance to search Burruss and Tucker’s home. In particular, they hope to seize a 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV.

But things aren’t looking good for Nida because it appears they he was trying to hide the vehicles from the government at Burruss and Tucker’s home.
