Danielle Fishel, best known for her role as "Topanga" on Boy Meets World is rocking Maxim's cover for the April 2013 issue.

The actress, talked about how her tv name came about, the next role she'll reprise in on Girl Meets World, and a time the entire "T.G.I.F." crew including cast members from Full House and Family Matters flew together to Disney World.

"One time we were all on a private jet going to Disney World, and my mom, dad and brother were also with me," the actress said in an interview with Maxim. "We had these four seats facing each other with curtains, so we had our own little private family area. Anyway, we were trying to take a nap, and all of a sudden Bob Saget walks down the aisle, rips open our curtain, and shouts, 'Do you guys have any coke?!' Then he looks my dad in the eye, laughs, and closes the curtain. My mom was like, 'What was that all about?' "

When asked how the name "Topanga" was created, Fishel said Michael Jacobs who created Boy Meets World happened to be driving pass a sign that said "Topanga Canyon" when he was thinking about the name of her character.

"He said that if they had called him two miles later, I would've been named Canoga, which is the next exit," she said.

Fishel is gearing up to launch Disney's spinoff Girl Meets World where she and co-star Ben Savage will reprise their roles as Cory and Topanga. The actors will play parents to a little girl named Riley, played by Rowan Blanchard.   "You're going to see a lot of the love that you felt and that you saw between Cory and Topanga in the original show. I think you're also going to see a little bit more maturity out of both of them in certain aspects and I think you're going to see them as they always did, helping each other find their way back to themselves and to who they are as a couple," Fishel told Entertainment Weekly.

Fishel confirmed that although she never dated Savage, they went on one date when she was 15 years old.

"That rumor was entirely my fault because I once said, on The Tyra Banks Show, that Ben and I went on a date, and that turned into "Danielle and Ben dated.' We went on one date... by the time the dinner was over we realized mutually that we were more like family than lovers," she said.

Fishel recently graduated college and is engaged to Tim Belusko.
