Danielle Fishel is now better than she is in the past. In an interview, she recalls that she received a "threat" from someone indirectly saying that she can be fired if she did not do well in the show.

The ABC series, "Boy Meets World" is one of the stepping stones for Fishel in which she was challenged by someone named Michael Jacobs. At that time, she was just a 12-year-old aspiring actress who wants to try her luck in the field of acting but unfortunately, she had a habit of speaking too fast, which irritated Jacobs.

While giving feedback to every after rehearsal is normal, it seems like the feedback of Jacobs threatens the actress.

The note handed to her by Jacob says, "'Danielle, I'm going to give you your notes all at one time, at the end and I'm going to give everyone else their notes now,'" Danielle said, "'because if I made everyone sit here through all of the notes I had for you, we would all be here for hours and no one would ever get to go home. So you're just going to wait for the end.'"she added.

She can't forget how Jacob embarrassed her in front of the whole cast as he give his feedback during their rehearsal.

"From that moment on, my eyes welled up because I'm now in front of everybody," including "All the producers, all the writers, all the cast and all eyes are on me for a second."

After embarrassing her, Jacob then gives her a piece of advice that change her life.

"What I know specifically was said is, 'All I know is, if you don't come back tomorrow doing this entirely differently, you are also not going to be here,' referencing the girl I had replaced."

With that warning, the actress did her best in rehearsals and all, and when she came back the day after the incident she is now confident and better as ever.

And from that day she recalls that "There were no more threats of being fired, I had done the work and I had shown him that I was worthy," she said. "It totally sets up that you go after that every week. You're chasing the dragon of Michael's approval."

And now look what she is now because of that encounter!

Indeed, difficult people in our lives are a way of helping us grow like what happened to Fishel but please take note that kindness is not an expensive thing to have and to give.
