Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles realtor James Harris opened up on the financial issues that one of his clients is dealing with.

On Friday, People posted details from Harris and rapper Tyga who has reportedly been facing a rough legal battle for a while due to unpaid rent. He was reportedly sued by his landlord for $70,000 where he apparently countered with a breach of contract lawsuit. It was also mentioned that he owed thousands of dollars back in taxes.

As for how things are currently going with Tyga, Harris mentioned that it doesn't seem to be as serious as it was before.

"I can only tell you a lot of what I'm seeing is [bulls-it]. Look, I don't know what he's got in the bank, but I can assure you he's not looking at houses to waste his time or mine," the realtor said. "He's a tenant in one of our properties now and I have not had one complaint. The rent gets paid on time and the landlord loves him, so I can only speak from my experience, and it's been nothing but positive."

Harris then pointed out how he and Tyga have actually gotten pretty close and developed a strong friendship.

"What a character he is. I think people take him very seriously because he doesn't smile that much, but he's actually hysterical," the reality star said about the rapper. "He's laid-back, always cracking jokes- he's like one of the boys."
