David Parnes & James Harris From 'MDLLA' Talk To Enstars About Holiday Campaign

In an interview with Us Weekly released on Thursday, the reality star gave a small hint of what's coming up- as it turns out, it's going to get pretty emotional.

The site pointed out that Eklund and his husband, Derek Kaplan, dealt with heartbreaking news last fall when their surrogate miscarried their twins. And the two are continuing to do what they can to have a child together.

"We are pursuing it, yes, we are," Eklund said. "And the cameras are following that. It's still too early and we're still broken...we're doing our best."

The man also mentioned that he's a pretty open person, and it sounds like he's going to stay that way.

"Sometimes I think I share too much!" he said. "That's sort of my theory in life: I try to be an open book and even on camera, on radio, I want to be authentic, I want to be real!"

Eklund then dished on hosting SiriusXM's talk show Buying and Selling, which is about more than just real estate.

"It's very little real estate, actually!" he said. "When you go on a date, you're selling yourself, right? If you're looking for a job, you're selling yourself. To me, selling is really getting what you want out of life. And buying too. What we're trying to do with the show is look at the media and pop culture and sort of connect the dots and see trends."
