'iZombie' Season 2; Clive To Find Out About Seattle's Undead? Rob Thomas Teases 2-Hour Finale [VIDEO]
iZombie is paving the way for Seattle's undead to come out into the open.
Liv's (Rose McIver) big secret is so close to tumbling out, we'll faint from surprise if Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) doesn't learn the truth about Team Z before the finale is out. From the Chaos Killer to Max Rager to the Utopium trade, zombies are everywhere these days.
Series creator Rob Thomas won't spill on the big reveal - or when it will happen - but with the two-hour finale just around the corner, the EP did address the issue.
"I would hate to give that way. The audience is so salivating for that moment. I did love reading some of the reactions, because for the first time in the last episode Clive heard the word 'zombies,'" Thomas told TV Guide. "Now, he's heard zombies and even though it sounded so dopey to Enrico Colantoni's character, he knows about missing brains and kids with their brains cut out. Clive's certainly the horse that's been lead to water, so it's the question of when and if he'll drink."
According to Malcolm Goodwin, brain-munching corpses haven't even entered into Clive's mind.
"I don't think he has nay idea that the brains have anything to do with zombies," Goodwin told EnStars at WonderCon 2016. "I think that's the last thing on his mind. His biggest deterrent to finding out about the zombie world is his partner, is Liv, [is the person] keeping the information away from him."
What could happen to make Clive change his tune? Hopefully we'll find out during "Dead Beat" and "Salvation Army"!
