Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey’s estranged husband Peter Thomas is facing more legal woes than their divorce.

Word is Thomas is being accused of tricking a club investor out of thousands of dollars. And now they have taken legal action against the reality TV husband.

Radar Online obtained court documents from North Carolina Superior Court Monday that revealed Tony G. Taylor said Thomas lied to him so that he would dish out $150K into Thomas’ newest venture, Club One. The venue was supposed to be in Charlotte, N.C., where Thomas’s current establishment, Sports One, is located.

Thomas is said to have lied when he said that he had already invested $3 million of his own money into the club. He also claimed that the venue would be featured on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and even hinted at a spinoff called What’s Peter Doing Now.

He is also said Taylor would get 15 percent of ownership of the club.

Documents also read, “The aforementioned alleged registrations made by Thomas… were reasonably calculated to deceive the Plaintiff.”

Taylor said that he is out of more than $10,000 plus punitive damages and attorney’s fees.

Thomas has not responded to the claims just yet.

The news comes just after Bailey confirmed that she and Thomas were ending their marriage. Their drama played out on the eighth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
