It’s no secret Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas had more than their fair share of marital woes on this season of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta. But we see just how bad things really were in a never before seen clip of the popular reality television series.

Thomas approaches Bailey and lets her know he had to go to Charlotte, North Carolina. They had been pretty much living in separate states with Thomas running his Sports One bar in North Carolina and Bailey traveling and being based in Atlanta. She confessed even back then that she wasn’t clear what the future held for their marriage.

“I really don’t know where Peter’s head is at right now. I don’t know where we are in this marriage. We have a lot of real issues that we’re dealing with. But you know it’s just another thing we put on the list.”

Thomas points out Bailey’s gloomy behavior and asked if this would be a pattern every time he had to travel to Charlotte; especially considering it was after the video of him caressing another woman went viral online. It doesn’t help matters when Thomas lets Bailey know about his plans to buy a home there.

“That’s some bull,” she said. “I don’t love the fact that he’s getting an apartment in Charlotte. That makes it a long distance marriage. I think that has an expiration; out of sight, out of mind.”

Thomas isn’t feeling Bailey give him the third degree and attempts to walk away but not before Bailey “barks” at him about his interaction with other women. Bailey refuses to take him to the airport but offers to call him an Uber. He responds with, “I’m gonna have fun looking for that house in Charlotte.”
