FBI or CIA, the fate of America always seems to lie in Alex Parrish's hands. When Quantico returns for season 2, another national crisis will put the President and the first lady in the crosshairs.

Booted from the Bureau just as she closed the case on the Grand Central bombing, Priyanka Chopra's character was scooped up by the Central Intelligence Agency. As a hostage crisis unfolds in the future, the CIA will put Alex and Ryan (Jack McLaughlin) through their paces in the present. Dive into season 2's spider web in tonight's season premiere, "Kudove."

"When season two begins, Alex finds herself at 'The Farm,' the CIA's mysterious training facility. As Alex navigates the dark world of espionage, far different and more dangerous than what she's learned before, she's pulled into the center of a deadly conspiracy that not only threatens the lives of this country's citizens, but the lives of countless others across the globe," ABC teased. "This conspiracy calls everyone around her into question, be it new faces from the CIA or old ones from the Bureau."

If you missed season 1, don't worry. Although season 1 staples such as Miranda Shaw (Aunjanue Ellis), Shelby Wyatt (Johanna Braddy), and Ninah and Raina (Yasmine Al Massri), the drama will add a new swath of characters as they dive into a season 2's mystery. Alons with Pearl Thusi (Dayana) and Russell Tovey (Harry), Blair Underwood will join the cast as Alex's Farm instructor.

"We hit reset," series creator Josh Safran told The Hollywood Reporter. "I was very interested in looking at this show as different books in a series, which is different than a sequel."
