Over the split news with James Packer, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's divorce settlement is finally done.

According to TMZ, Mariah is ready pay for travel and accommodation when her ex-husband Nick Cannon comes to visit their twins.

Cannon and Carey got married in 2008 and have two twin kids, Monroe and Moroccan. In August 2014, Cannon has indicated that he and Carey were having issues and had begun to live apart and by January 2015, he filed for divorce.

Both the stars had a pre-nuptial agreement in place so both keep the money they each earned during the marriage and division of joint property is already done.

Mariah declared her 2014 income as $6.3 million (£5 million) while Nick's was $2.7 million (£2 million), The Hamilton Spectator reports.

Both the parents will also share joint custody of their kids and neither would receive child support. In addition, the 'America's Got Talent' host agreed to put $5,000 a month in a trust fund for the future of youngsters whereas Mariah is not required to save money for the kids at all.

In the world of "modern" families, where divorces and marriages happen more than one time, step-parents and additional parental figures are common and kids usually refer them as their "mom" or "dad". However, in case of Mariah and Nick divorce, no such thing is going to happen. The settlement clearly states that neither Mariah nor Nick is allowed to let the kids address any significant other such as a step-parent, girlfriend, or boyfriend - by any form of 'mom' or 'dad'.

Nick and Mariah have stayed close for the betterment of their kids, and the rapper-and-presenter recently vowed to be the "best" father he could.

Mariah is still wearing the $10 million ring that James gave her. She has also demanded $50 million from her former fiance James Packer when they split last month.
