Ok. We're done coddling, and so is Kim. Kanye West needs to accept that his marriage to Kim Kardashian is over - and if it wasn't ruined before this process, he's definitely ruined it now.

If you've been following this story, you already know that Kardashian and West have been in the process of divorcing for some time - but as of late, as the proceedings began to get more and more official (and as Kim has moved on with new boyfriend Pete Davidson), it seems West has become less and less willing to accept the inevitable. He's gone on several posting sprees across various social media apps, most notably Instagram, with everything from complaints about his daughter North's presence on Tiktok to claims that Kim kidnapped his children and hid the location of one of their birthday parties.

It's gotten to the point that Kim has begun to worry about her and her children's safety and emotional well-being, as her children's father continues to post inflammatory things online. As such, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, she has asked the judge to fast-track her divorce.

"I very much desire to be divorced," it begins. The document goes on to explain that she has repeatedly asked Ye to keep these matters private, "but he has not done so."

"Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress."

What's worse, now, Kanye also appears to be attempting to financially abuse Kim by asking his lawyers to prevent her from withdrawing money from ANY trust - including the ones she uses to run her businesses - despite the fact that they have a prenuptial agreement that kept such assets of theirs separate the entire time they were married. His lawyers have apparently tried to advise him that this will not be possible, but they told Kim that they "face challenges in communicating with our client -- and the validity of the prenup (with all of its related legal implications) is a heavy issue to broach."

Regardless, it seems that in a week all this won't matter - Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser is apparently only that far away from having her legally single status restored. We can only hope that this helps Kanye to accept reality and doesn't trigger any more drastic responses than it already has.
