R. Kelly is not letting the bars keep him from singing again.

Instead of singing his hit songs, R. Kelly has been using his voice to deliver his pleas amid the legal battles he is facing. As he serves his jail time, the singer reportedly brought positivity to someone's life.

The "I Believe I Can Fly" hitmaker's name conquered social media again for a different reason this time as a TikTok video that shows the crooner singing songs to a young woman through a phone call went viral.

TikTok user @Jizzlezoldykk revealed that the 55-year-old singer spends his jail time alongside her father. She told New York Post that R. Kelly did not sing "Love Letter" for a weird reason or money.

"When your dad goes to the same prison as R. Kelly. #RKelly free him tho," she captioned the post.

Obviously, people did not find it amazing since the singer was guilty of federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. They also left scathing comments, especially since the TikTok user reportedly sounds underage.

R. Kelly is a Nice Person, Says TikTok User

After the comments section got filled with hate responses, the TikTok user shared a follow-up tweet and insisted that the infamous singer is a nice person.

"On Friday, I went to go visit my dad ... And I saw R. Kelly too, because he was getting visited, I think by his daughter," she said. "When I got home, my dad, he called me just to make sure I came home safe."

During their call, her father reportedly offered to have a phone call with the singer, so she asked her if he could sing for her.

The user eventually said he might remove the original video from her account to avoid legal headaches. Still, she revealed that several inmates found R. Kelly's performance truly funny.

The video came out months after the singer began his jail time following the jury's verdict about him being guilty on all nine counts in the racketeering and sex trafficking case. He is now facing one count of racketeering, including 14 acts of sexual exploitation of a minor, bribery, kidnapping, and sex trafficking charges. These finally closed the charges that were initially filed two decades ago.

Last year, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York announced the disgraced singer's conviction on Twitter. Acting U.S. attorney Jacquelyn Kasulis read his guilty verdict and branded him a predator who used his power and fame to victimize young and vulnerable individuals.
