Amber Heard might lose Johnny Depp's defamation case trial as she has been recently painted a liar since she was not a victim of domestic violence at all.

Things are getting more intense inside the court as more testimonies continue to be presented. Recently, Heard started to be in hot waters, especially after an LAPD officer proclaimed that she never identified her as a domestic abuse victim.

Los Angeles Police Department officer Melissa Saenz dropped a bombshell and once-unknown fact about Heard suffering from alleged domestic violence during her marriage with Depp.

Law & Crime shared an article about the officer's testimony presented on Tuesday, revealing that the actress did not appear injured when they responded to her penthouse.

During the questioning by the defense team, the March 2021 deposition by the officer revealed that Saenz would have filed a report of an alleged domestic abuse incident if she believed that a crime related to it happened.

The "Aquaman" actress' attorney questioned Saenz's police work, and it was previously criticized by a U.K. court ruling.

The police officer, however, said that she and her partner did not take notes and photos of the call to the estranged couple's home. Instead of signs of domestic abuse, they reportedly saw a "red-eyed" and "crying" Heard who was not making eye contact when they arrived.

An elevator video of the two officers confirmed the visit. But Heard's lawyer tried to put them down by telling the court that Saenz told her then-trainee partner Officer Tyler Hadden that the event "was crazy."

Although Saenz and Hadden did not have a report about the incident, the LAPD officer recalled interviewing Heard and examined her face. During which, she reportedly found no marks, swelling, or any form of injury.

The actress herself also assured them that she was not hurt and that she did not plan to file a complaint against Depp.

Aside from Saenz, forensic psychologist Dr. Shannon Curry told the court that she considers Heard to have Borderline Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder. She reportedly made the diagnosis based on the 12-hour session she had with Heard last year.

"Minimizing any personal externalization of blame; a lot of hostility that is attempted to be controlled; a tendency to be self-righteous but to judge others critically, to claim being non-judgmental but really be full of a lot of rage; a lot of inner anger and blame - which can explode out at times," part of her explanation revealed.
