The Fifty Shades of Grey movie casting melee continues to draw fans to the web at an astounding rate, as many of Hollywood's finest women have been buzzed about for the groundbreaking role of Anastasia Steele.

One of the names that is now under consideration for the part of the college alumni turned Red Room of Pain participant is Juno's Ellen Page.

While she would clearly need to change her eye color to blue in order to fully embrace the Steele role, the 26-year-old actress undoubtedly has the right complexion, lips and acting chops to pull of the role.

To top off the chatter, Page had been cast by Hollywood icon Woody Allen in his To Rome With Love movie. According to Policy Mic, a part as Ana in Fifty Shades would "give her a little street cred" amongst the mainstream film audience.

Fifty Shades screenwriter Kelly Marcel, who's currently in the process of refining the script, said that she would be sticking to the content of James' books with lots of sex and raunchiness. Only time will truly tell who ultimately will become the next Grey.

The highly anticipated flick is scheduled to launch on the big screen on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2014. Be sure to check back for more of the latest info on the highly anticipated erotic film. Page could be watched below during a recent interview on Craig Ferguson.
