Legal documents regarding the beloved 'Friends' actor Matthew Perry has been revealed more than four months after his death.

Perry, who died at the age of 57, created the will in 2009 requesting that Lisa Ferguson and Robin Ruzan co-execute his $1 million estate in his "Alvy Singer Living Trust" — named after Woody Allen's role in 1997's 'Annie Hall.'

Ruzan, 60, who is 'Austin Powers' star Mike Meyers' ex-wife, executive produced the TV show 'Celebrity Liar,' which Perry appeared on back in 2010.

Per the documents obtained by PEOPLE, the filing lists his father, John Perry, 83, and his mother Suzanne Morrison as trust beneficiaries. Although Perry has more sisters than those listed in the filings — one of his half sisters, Caitlin Morrison, 43, is also named as a beneficiary.

A former fashion student, Rachel Dunn, whom the late actor dated from 2003 - 2005, following the end of the sitcom, is also listed. Perry regarded Dunn as "the ex-girlfriend of his dream" in his memoir.

He was adamant to include in his will that any children he had would not have legal access to his estate. Perry had no children at the time of his death.

According to the filing, the Emmy award-winning actor had $1,030,000 in personal assets "not limited to jewelry, furniture, works of art, and automobiles."

Ferguson is due to appear at the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 10 for a hearing regarding the will. Ruzan opted out of the requested role of co-executing the trust just days ago on March 4.
