Homeland fans can expect a lot of action in the upcoming fourth episode of season 3.

In Sunday night's episode, titled Game On, Carrie will finally have the opportunity to leave the mental institution, according to a Friday report by E!Online. Though she will eventually be free of the institution, she will discover that the CIA is watching her even closer now that she has more freedom to do as she pleases.

Meanwhile, episode 4 will see the return of Mike (Diego Klattenhoff), Brody's (Damian Lewis) former best friend and Jessica's (Morena Baccarin) part-time lover. Mike returns to the Brody household to help sort out Dana's (Morgan Saylor) problems with her troubled boyfriend Leo (Sam Underwood).

The report also claims that the end of the episode will have a twist that the audience may not see coming.

It's possible that Brody may die in the upcoming episode, considering Lewis' comments before the season began.

"Brody feels like someone who could die at any moment," Lewis told USA Today in late September. "I didn't expect him to survive more than two seasons. I think maybe the success of the show has altered one or two things and so I feel like I'm living on grace at the moment."
