Kendra Wilkinson may not be far along in her pregnancy, but still she's ecstatic to be expecting her second child with husband, Hank Baskett. 

The 28-year-old Kendra on Top reality star took to Twitter on Tuesday to share with her followers an update on her little bun in the oven. 

"Just had a very exciting Dr appointment today.  Saw that little boo moving and kickin. Ya @TheHankBaskett n I got emotional. :D," Wilkinson tweeted. 

She recently revealed to PEOPLE magazine that although she's over the moon about baby number two, morning sickness has taken its own toll. 

"It actually hits me more at night than any other time," the Kendra on Top star tells PEOPLE about her "all day" sickness. "I want my energy back ... and not have to be so tied up next to a bathroom."

As she finishes her first trimester, she has picked up a few tricks to help her battle the nausea. 

"It's those little tricks like being in the cold ... and I've been pushing myself to go outside every day and take a big hike," the former Playbol model said. "The fresh air has really been helping me."

Wilkinson recently made headlines after reports claimed that she cheated on Baskett with her ex-boyfriend, Shawne Merriman after she reportedly met up with him in San Diego last June. 

"She went to San Diego alone without Hank," a source said, according to Radar Online. "Hank stayed home with the baby, while she had an appearance at a club. Shawne was there."

Wilkinson and Baskett have yet to respond to the cheating rumors.
