April and Jackson bump heads on a very important issue on the next episode of Grey's Anatomy and judging by the sneak peek it may cause a serious rift in their relationship.

While at home, Jackson tells his wife that she's "blowing this out of proportion," but she doesn't agree.

"This is who I am at my core, this defines me," she tells Jackson. "You don't accept who I am or what I believe. You tolerate it. You judge it. You judge my faith because you don't have any."

Jackson argues that he does have faith in other things, including medicine and helping others.

"That's not faith. Faith is believing in what you can't see," April yells with tears in her eyes. "Will you just admit it, Jackson; you think that what I believe is ridiculous."

Jackson fires back, "Yes, because it is!"

Yet, in the sneak peek, Jackson also tells April that he loves her regardless of her religious beliefs.

The couple previously faced a big obstacle when April was ready to wed Matthew before season 10's hiatus. If Jackson could interrupt the wedding to proclaim his love for April, then he must try to save his marriage no matter what it takes, right?

The next episode of Grey's Anatomy, titled "Go It Alone," airs on Thursday, April 17 at 9/8c on ABC.
