Apollo Nida, 35, is slated for the next phase of his fraud charges case.

Apollo Talks "Giving Back" To Federal Government

The husband of Phaedra Parks is set for "intense questioning" by the federal government, according to documents obtained by Radar Online Thursday morning. The interview, also called an oral examination, will be held at the Office of United States of Attorney in his hometown of Atlanta on June 10.

Nida will have to bring loads of documents to the questioning including "earning statements from...most recent paychecks, business records for the present year and past calendar, current bank statements for the past 12 months, all deeds, leases, contracts, and other documents representing by ownership interest, all stocks, bonds, or other securities of any class" as well as any private documents.

As the case moves forward, Nida and his family are looking at the bright side.

"I feel good about the support I'm getting," he said recently. "It's an uphill battle, but we're staying positive."

Still, the family is preparing for him to have to go away for awhile. He and Parks have two boys together, 4-year-old Ayden and Dylan, 1.

Nida has said that the idea of leaving his children is the hardest part of the situation.

During an interview with the Ryan Cameron Morning Show he said, "When [my son Ayden] cries out for me, and I'm not there for him, then potentially who knows what could happen? Let's just say hypothetically, my wife wants to go somewhere else, that means another man will be in my household. I don't want that for my child."

Nida's sentencing date is July 8.
