Next season of Grey's Anatomy will focus on Callie (Jessica Capshaw) and Arizona's (Sara Ramirez) relationship and their decision to have children. However, the two, who have been on a bumpy road for several seasons, will still have to deal with lingering problems they've been facing.

Katherine Heigl Opens Up About Real Reason She Left Grey's Anatomy

"We left them talking about it and that's where we pick up with them talking about it," Capshaw told E! Online in a new interview. "There's not much more than can happen to them that hasn't happened to them yet, but Shonda can think of something! So far it's been really interesting because so many of the things that I think didn't get dealt with in terms of the core part of their relationship is being dealt with in the beginning of this season. It's up and it's down and it's all around."

Showrunner Shonda Rhimes also spoke about Arizona and Callie's relationship and revealed that there's a good chance the couple may breakup for good.

"I'll be honest with you and say that there is literally a 50/50 chance that they'll be together or apart, and I have not figured it out yet," Rhimes recently told Entertainment Weekly. "That is the other big storyline of the season for us. We really spent a lot of time in the writers' room mapping it out and talking about it. There are two parallel relationships: Meredith and Derek's relationship and Callie and Arizona's relationship. Meredith's journey and Callie's journey are two big journeys that we really want to look at this season as we're telling these stories."

Season 11 of Grey's Anatomy premieres on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8/7c on ABC.
