It is no secret that Tameka Raymond and Sheree Buchanan have had several run-ins in the debut season of VH1's Atlanta Exes, now Buchanan has spoken out against Raymond's claims that she is promiscuous.

Buchanan spoke with Sister 2 Sister magazine Thursday on comments Raymond made in the newest episode concerning Buchanan's "sexual prowess" and alleged habit of sleeping with several men.

"When it was said, I was completely thrown off guard. I realized, not too long after we had the conversation that that was a tactic for Tameka. Before you can attack Tameka, Tameka's going to attack you. That's just the person she is."

Ultimately, Raymond did confess that she brought up Buchanan's sexual past in an effort to cause a distraction. Raymond did not want Buchanan to confront her for claims she made that Buchanan slept with her ex-husband, singer Usher.

Raymond wrote in her VH1 blog, "I tried to change the subject and 'deflect' from the ex [husband] topic because...I was uncomfortable discussing that subject on the show."

She added that she often takes on "sarcasm and indifference" to escape uncomfortable situations.

Buchanan also responded to Raymond's confession and said that she was not shocked.

"She knew... she was coming into something that was going to be addressed about the things that she had said. That was Tameka turning the situation around on me. She know she ain't heard all that stuff. There wasn't no arena of people that she talked to that said anything about my sex life."

Buchanan went on to deny sleeping with Usher and said they are just friends.
