As production continues for the drama's second season, it seems that decision might just have finally caught up with Frankenstein.

On Twitter Wednesday director James Hawes hinted at a new scene with Frankenstein, Chandler and Vanessa Ives (Eva Green).

Showtime Turns Up The Action On 'Penny Dreadful'

Could this be the big reveal? Has Chandler learned the truth? Brona Croft's (Billie Piper) had been devastating to Chandler and without her he might just be more isolated, and dangerous, than ever.

Hawes had mentioned the planning of an "action sequence" earlier in the week, which could be related to a confrontation between Frankenstein and Chandler. Nearly 20 hours after the scene was filmed, Hawes found himself exhausted and ready to relax.

Fans eager to find out what will happen next won't have to wait long. Hawes, along with producer Christopher King, frequently share tidbits from the set online, often vague but always tantalizing.
