TV star Mindy Kaling and her ex-boyfriend B.J. Novak still seem like they're clicking and spending more quality time together based off something the actress posted on Twitter.

On Saturday, Kaling took to social media to quote something that Novak said about the new movie Interstellar that just hit theaters this month. She gave the impression that the two may have seen the movie together and Novak had something to say about it.

"'Now I know if I ever see a book fall off a shelf, I'll know it was Matthew McConaughey'- @bjnovak #Interstellar," Kaling wrote.

Considering that Kaling and Novak dated a while ago, but work together on The Mindy Project, they've managed to keep a relationship together. Both of then have been pretty open about this, but there has been some speculation that a spark might still be there. Ever since this tweet was posted, there might be a little curiosity on what their status is right now, but there's a good chance that they're just friends.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Kaling was asked about a certain dinner night she shared with her ex.

"We went to dinner and went to see Gone Girl," the actress said. "And what's been funny is, I see him- obviously I worked on The Office with him for so many years- but I hang out with him every week, and it's always super boring and I don't wear makeup, it's a pretty blah thing because I've been friends with him for so long."
