Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon have given fans a sneak peek of their growing brood for a good cause.

The "American Idol" judge and her husband Nick Cannon have posted new photos of their 16-month old twins Moroccan and Monroe on their personal website.

The website, dembabies.com, features exclusive photos of the famous couple's adorable twins in fashionable outfits for charity.

Cannon, 31, who is a host on "America's Got Talent", is seen in one image doting on his son Moroccan who is sporting a striped polo shirt by planting a big kiss on his cheek.

Carey, 42, appears in two photos with Moroccan. In one, she is putting what appears to be his father's baseball cap on his head backwards while he is wearing pajamas. In another shot, she is carrying the twin while wearing oversized sunglasses.

Their daughter Monroe is dressed for the red carpet at the Grammys in a stunning silver shimmery gown and holding what might be her mother's hand.

The opening image of the new group photos features the twins walking side by side dressed appropriate for a day in the Hamptons. Morrocan is wearing Polo Ralph Lauren shorts with a plaid shirt and leather sandals while his twin sister is stylish with neutral John Lennon-style sunglasses and a bright red dress.

Carey arrived for her first day of work for "American Idol" in New York City on Sunday, September 18.

Earlier in the day, FOX announced that rapper Nicki Minaj and country singer Keith Urban was signed on to join Carey and Randy Jackson at the judges' table.

An insider told US Weekly that Cannon thought Carey joining "AI" was "such a great move for her."

The source also revealed that the couple will bring their twins to the show at times.

"Yes, the babies will be there [on set], and Nick too, when he can."

"I've never seen two married people more in love. Nick is the world's biggest Mariah fan. He totally believes in his wife," the source adds.

'American Idol" season 12 with Mariah Carey begins January, 2013.
