The CW show Hart of Dixie will be getting an Olympian in the cast this fall.

McKayla Maroney will be appearing on the CW hit series Hart of Dixie this fall for a guest spot which was announced Tuesday.

"In the episode, Maroney will guest star as Tonya, a friend of Rose's (played by recurring guest star McKaley Miller), who comes to Rose's defense," a press release from the CW says. Maroney will film the guest appearance on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The CW medical drama centers on a big city doctor who moves to a small southern town.

Maroney and her teammates, dubbed the "Fierce Five," have appeared on other TV spots such as the MTV Video Music Awards and CBS' Big Brother .

The Team USA Olympic gold medal gymnast was made famous for both bringing home the top medal, but also for the "I'm Not Impressed" pose she gave after collecting a silver medal in the individual event that she was favored.

In the individual vault final, Maroney won a silver medal when she received a score of 15.083. She performed an Amanar for her first vault but fell on her second. This fall ended her thirty-three vault hitting streak in competition.

However, even with the fall, Maroney still came in second but showed her dissatisfaction when she got on the podium and her "I'm Not Impressed" stance became a massive Internet meme as her face and pose were placed on some of the most historically famous accomplishments in history. Maroney later got into the fun of the joke by making her own meme of her pose shared with her teammates.

Maroney has been taking time off from gymnastics which has allowed her to find time for other offers such as this guest spot.

Hart of Dixie returns for season two on Oct. 2
