Shayanna Jenkins Says She Removed Box From Home At Request Of Aaron Hernandez

The site reported that the prosecution advantages include: surveillance footage, the defense's admission that Hernandez was at the crime scene, the testimony of Hernandez's fiancé Shayanna Jenkins, and the defendant's personal behavior.

During the trial, the prosecution team used video footage from Hernandez's home that shows him not only holding what seems to be the same gun that the prosecution believes was the same weapon used to kill Lloyd, but it also shows the defendant acting in a calm manor.

When the defense admitted that their client was at the scene of the crime, they described him as a scared witness, and the footage proves differently.

Jenkins testimony also played a crucial role in the case. Hernandez's fiancé told the court that she removed a large trash bag from her home at the request of Hernandez, which suggests that he could have been trying to hide evidence.

While Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the charges and he currently remains in the jail without bail, based on their evidence, the prosecutors have concluded that Hernandez and his two friends picked Lloyd up at his home in Boston and drove him to the industrial park and shot him to death.
