Aaron Hernandez May Testify In Wrongful Death Suit

According to a state prison official, "Hernandez was moved Wednesday to the maximum-security Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley."

Sheriff Thinks Aaron Hernandez Will 'Probably Do Fine' In Jail

Last week, TMZ Sports reported that the former Patriots player was placed on suicide watch until his transfer took place.

According to the site, Hernandez has been isolated from all the other inmates not only for his own protection, but also so officials can evaluate him and to determine where he will stay at the new facility.

While it was previously reported that Hernandez could face three more charges, two criminal and one civil, it looks like he will take the stand for yet another trial.

Attorneys for Lloyd's mother Ursula Ward made a statement that they have filed criminal charges against Hernandez and plan to take him to court for a wrongful death suit.

According to Boston.com, lawyer's for Lloyd's mother released a statement on Wednesday afternoon stating that they do plan on calling Hernandez to the stand and unlike the first case, he will not be able to hide behind his Fifth Amendment rights because he's already been found guilty of murder in a court of law.

As of now, no amount of money has been requested. They would seek any money owed to Hernandez by the Patriots and well as other assets including his $1.3 million mansion he shared with his fiancée and child.
