Sheriff Thinks Aaron Hernandez Will 'Probably Do Fine' In Jail

On Wednesday, TMZ reported that Ward had not made up her mind about whether or not she will go through with the suit however a new statement from her attorney confirms that charges have been filed.

According to Boston.com, lawyer's for Lloyd's mother released a statement on Wednesday afternoon stating that unlike the first trial, Hernandez will not be able to hide behind his Fifth Amendment rights surrounding self incrimination because he's already been charged for the crime.

In the video, which can be seen below, Doug Sheff, Ward's attorney, says that they do plan on calling Hernandez to the stand and while no amount of money has been requested, they would seek any money owed to Hernandez by the Patriots and well as other assets including his $1.3 million mansion he shared with his fiancée and child.

Due to the fact that Hernandez was charged with murdering her son, the odds are that Ward will probably win the civil case against him.

According to TMZ, Ward wouldn't go in to detail about why she was indecisive but it could possibly be so that she could move on and not have to relive the horrific tragedy of her son's death.

As previously reported, Hernandez was allegedly involved in another double homicide that took place in 2012 and he is also being sued by a man named Alexander Bradley, who claims the former athlete shot him while the two men were in a limousine back in February of 2013.
