During last week's episode of Grey's Anatomy it seemed as though Dr. Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) and Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) were on fairly decent terms as Amelia fawned over her newborn niece once Meredith returned home with her children.

A 'Catastrophic Event' Will Cause More Troubles With The Medical Staff On 'Grey's Anatomy'?

That might not actually be the case! Amelia is rightfully livid with Meredith about her brother Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) death.

In the sneak peek video clip below for the episode airing tomorrow, May 7, Amelia confronts Meredith while at work about Derek's tragic death.

Will The Doctors On 'Grey's Anatomy' Be 'Brought Closer Together' In The Season Finale?

"You don't talk to me about a lot of things," Amelia tells Meredith, which prompts Meredith to acknowledge her sister-in-law's anger over her choice to up and leave with the kids.

But Amelia made it clear it wasn't about her leaving.

"You didn't call me," Amelia states to Meredith, adding, "I'm a neurosurgeon. I could have saved him and you didn't call me."

"Who contacted you first?" Amelia asks Meredith, adding the following more specifics, "The police? The paramedics? How far away was the hospital? How long were you sitting there waiting for them to declare him brain dead? How many hours later was it before I was even informed? How many chances did you have when you could have called me? Why didn't you call me?"

At this point in the clip, Amelia is on the verge of crying. Meredith is insisting there was no way Amelia could have saved her brother.

Amelia however refuses to believe Meredith.

Grey's Anatomy airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
