Nida is currently serving an eight year sentence after he pleaded guilty for several serious fraud charges including identity theft. But now word is that federal agents are looking to the network and hit reality series to pay part of what he owes the government; which rings in at 1.9 million by the way.

Apparently while he was under investigation they were on a search for money they allegedly believed Bravo Media and True Entertainment was keeping from Nida. It’s reported they thought if Nida received the money, the feds would have taken it. Well now, they’re coming for it anyway.

True Entertainment has already clapped back and made it clear that the husbands do not get paid for appearing on the show. But the federal agents working on the case don’t think it was True Entertainment that handed Nida a salary, but rather Bravo itself. Still, the network followed True Entertainment’s suit and insisted that the husbands, including Nida, do not get any monetary compensation for being the show with their famous wives.

Nida’s debt includes $828K to JP Morgan Chase, $127K to the IRS, $24K to Delta Airlines and $14K to the State of California. Nida’s scam was said to bring in just more than $2 million.
