Hours after photos surfaced on Daily Mail Online, seemingly confirming her latest relationship, Frankel took to Twitter, where she appeared the deny the relationship, claiming things aren't always as they seem.

During filming on the third season of The Real Housewives of New York City, Frankel met and became engaged to Jason Hoppy. However, her marriage was brief, lasting just over two years. Following the end of her relationship with Hoppy, Frankel began dating Michael "Mac" Cerussi, and the couple remained together until earlier this year, at which point she was rumored to be dating Michael Toppel.

In early May, Gossip Gal reported on Frankel's latest relationship.

"Reality star, author and spirits mogul Bethenny Frankel has found a new man to spend time with after splitting with younger boyfriend Michael Cerussi III. His name is Michael Toppel, a soon-to-be fifty year old divorced dad of two," the site reported. "After being spotted together in Miami Beach back in March, the not-yet-divorced Frankel was seen Thursday night with Toppel at popular hot spot Zuma and today lunching at paparazzi hang out Bar Pitti."
