Fans of the British cutie have gotten a taste of his vocals on his own without his fellow bandmates back in 2013 when he did a duet with Ariana Grande, but now since The Wanted did decide to go on a bit of a lengthy hiatus he's stepping out on his own.

On Monday Sykes announced he was making his American solo debut at Gramercy Theatre in New York City next month.

He's truly excited to perform in the United States on his own.

Then about an hour before his tickets went on sale today, June 19, he beamed, "[I'm] so excited!!"

The best news has come since his tickets went on sale earlier today; the show is officially sold out!

"Amazing!!" Sykes gushed over his solo U.S. debut being sold out, while adding, "See you there!"

He takes the stage at Gramercy Theatre on July 22.

He just released the music video for his official first solo single, "Kiss Me Quick," last month so he's bound to play it at the show.
