Their marriage struggles have been talked about on a slew of different reality shows over the last year, but Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett aren't done trying to figure things out in front of the cameras just yet.

The couple's reality show Kendra on Top will officially premiere a fourth season on We later this summer--and the show will pick up on the couple's life following their return from Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Reality TV World reports.  

Despite having just undergone intensive therapy to get past Baskett's alleged cheating scandal with a transsexual model (he has since admitted she fondled him through his shorts but that he did not reciprocate), the couple will still deal with trust issues hurting their marriage, even though Wilkinson has decided to once again wear a wedding ring, Because things are still not resolved, Wilkinson will head to London to meet up once more with her I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here castmates, which could get her in trouble.

However, even after she and Baskett finally manage to work completely past their issues, more drama will plague their marriage, Not only will Wilkinson start feeling insecure over her upcoming 30th birthday, but she will also struggle with the possibility of fixing her relationships with her mother, Patti, and brother, Colin.  

Then. when things seem as if they truly cannot get any worse, she will be forced to contend with nasty allegations from her former playmate Holly Madison, when her unflattering tell-all is released for the world and paints her in a bad light.  

Kendra on Top returns Friday, August 21 at 10 p.m. on We.
