One of VH1's Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Teairra Mari’s latest blowups has gotten her in trouble with the law.

News hit over the summer that the singer turned reality star was accused of getting too physical with an Uber driver and even stealing his phone charger. Well, now things have gotten even more serious as she has officially been charged. According to TMZ Friday, Teairra has been hit with two misdemeanor battery and theft charges. On top of that she is facing a vandalism charge, but that one might not be from the same incident. What we do know is that she could be serving time behind bars for her rant.

She recently spoke out about it and said the altercation was not as serious as headlines made it seem. But that was before she was charged.

She told VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: After Party Live that, “he had an attitude before I got in the car. Then it just got kind of heated and he threw water at me and I threw water back. I got out the car and he called the police and they put me in the handcuffs and not him.”

She added that he was lying to authorities when he claimed that she hit him in the back of his head.

“That’s a baldfaced lie! Lies! Lies!” she said when rapper Yung Joc said he saw a clip of the whole thing.
